Roofing & construction isn’t just our business, it’s our unrelenting passion. Founded with the desire to make difference in the construction and roofing industry we strive for excellence in every project since 2010. I’m very proud to run and operate a business where my wife, daughter, and cousin work in a family-based company. I enjoy having a local company and supporting other local companies. I chose the monarch butterfly because it perfectly symbolizes the name of our company. When a home is damaged, during a storm, we can take it and make it look better than it was even before the storm. Just like a butterfly starts out as a larva and turns into a beautiful butterfly. That type of transformation is what we strive for in each of our projects. I enjoy snowboarding in the winter with family and friends, vacationing, and golfing in the summer.
I have been behind the scenes for many years. I support my husband, his business, and his success. I love working with my family and the wonderful office staff in such a friendly environment. Together Jon and I have 4 children. Between our kids and our 2 dogs, we are always smiling. Our baby dog, Kona, even accompanies me to work on occasion and is the staff’s watchdog. All 9 pounds of fluff and bark. When with my family, I enjoy vacationing, making people around me smile, spending time with friends, snowboarding, skiing, and swimming. The incredible end result that Monarch provides brings great satisfaction to our customers.
I’ve worked with monarch since the beginning in 2010. Monarch is led by a management team with a track record of success in the Construction & Roofing industry, and I’m glad to be a part of. My position as Financial Controller carries a minimum of 20 years accounting experience including some management responsibilities. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. Work – Life – Balance. On my off time I am blessed to enjoy my 5 grandchildren, horseback riding and riding on the back of hubby’s Harley.
I work in the insurance department of Monarch Construction. I am ex-Navy and I eventually retired from Air Traffic Control work. After retirement I went back to school and earned my insurance adjuster license. I have been helping customers negotiate their insurance claims at Monarch for nearly a decade. I like what I do as I believe it is a necessary service to those affected by Colorado storms. The first time most people have to navigate the insurance waters is when their major asset, their home. is damaged. People are often unsure how to proceed or what their rights are in respect to their insurance claim. Helping them to restore their property to pre-storm condition feels like a job worth doing.

I have been with Monarch for almost a decade. In my spare time I like to hike, rock climb, camp, try new breweries. I enjoy working with Monarch because it’s owned and operated by our family. We strive to treat our customers as if they were a part of our family and ensure their customer service is top level.

My journey with monarch started in 2016 as their Shingle representative. During this time I had an in depth look into what made them different. In my current position I have the privilege to share and educate Homeowners and Property owners on the benefits of the Monarch difference.

I have been at Monarch since the beginning in 2010. I enjoy mountain biking, camping, hiking, Music Festivals, Red Rocks, and Thai food. I am a big dog lover and even learned to Groom dogs. I enjoy working at Monarch because of the family atmosphere and the high standards that the company represents. I also enjoy working with home owners and meeting new people.

Leaning on over a decade of experience in construction, with the latter half focusing on roofing contracting and exterior restorations, I pride myself on being a knowledgeable professional, who places the utmost importance on customer satisfaction. As part of the Monarch family, I share the same passion for commitment to quality, and ensuring my clients can enjoy impeccable construction, alongside a seamless experience as we navigate the insurance process together when disaster strikes. Prior to my tenure in construction, I was an Aviation Mechanic in the United States Navy, working on an array of aircraft, including C-2 Greyhounds. In my downtime you can catch me in free fall at my local skydive airport, in the mountains hunting for fresh powder, or working on my tiny home shuttle bus conversion. I look forward to helping those I can!

I've been in roofing production, project management and storm restoration since early 2015 and I've helped countless families get their homes back to their original condition or better. In my free time I love to fly fish, compete in Scottish heavy athletics, cook and spend time with my awesome family and two doggos. I’m Dino, and I’ve been in the roofing and construction industry since 2006. I thoroughly enjoy helping to guide my customers through the restoration process and making their home even better than their pre-loss condition. I’m always trying to learn the newest products, installation techniques, and code updates to better serve my clients. I love being part of the Monarch Team and the dedication everyone has to customer service, the high ethical standards, and the awesome, family-like chemistry. When I’m not at work, I love to hang out with my amazing wife, cooking, smoking meats, traveling, pretty much anything outdoors, and since the kids are all grown and moved out…hanging out with our two dogs- Bear and Louie, and our cat Gucci. I look forward to helping our customers and providing the best experience possible.

Residential construction has been a huge part of my life and I have always enjoyed the customer service side of this industry. I have been with Monarch since the beginning as a Marketing Representative. Monarch has been like a second family to me and has a wonderful work environment. I wouldn’t want to be working anywhere else. I enjoy speaking with potential clients and helping them to get in contact with Monarch’s sales team. I like to spend my off time with my family playing card and board games or etc., and if I am not with them then I am probably spending time with a quality book.
I am a Native of Colorado and have Been Part of the Monarch Family Since 2011. I am responsible for Pre-construction services, Project Management and Estimating. I Specialize in Restoration ranging from Storm damage to Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial Construction Projects. I really enjoy working with Monarch because I am able to continually learn in different environments while confidently providing construction services that are backed by old-school values and new world technology. Some of the things I enjoy are hiking, fishing, gardening, four-wheeling, motocross, and thunderstorms. But most of all I enjoy sharing these things with my amazing wife Jody & three kids. Crazy but true I have never been on an airplane but my biggest dream in life is to travel the world.
I have been with Monarch for over 10 years. I started with the company when Monarch first began. My hobby is my motorcycle: Riding it around town, going on club rides and participating in charity rides. I love animals, especially dogs.
