Roofing & construction isn’t just our business, it’s our unrelenting passion. Founded with the desire to make difference in the construction and roofing industry we strive for excellence in every project since 2010. I’m very proud to run and operate a business where my wife, daughter, and cousin work in a family-based company. I enjoy having a local company and supporting other local companies. I chose the monarch butterfly because it perfectly symbolizes the name of our company. When a home is damaged, during a storm, we can take it and make it look better than it was even before the storm. Just like a butterfly starts out as a larva and turns into a beautiful butterfly. That type of transformation is what we strive for in each of our projects. I enjoy snowboarding in the winter with family and friends, vacationing, and golfing in the summer.
I have been behind the scenes for many years. I support my husband, his business, and his success. I love working with my family and the wonderful office staff in such a friendly environment. Together Jon and I have 4 children. Between our kids and our 2 dogs, we are always smiling. Our baby dog, Kona, even accompanies me to work on occasion and is the staff’s watchdog. All 9 pounds of fluff and bark. When with my family, I enjoy vacationing, making people around me smile, spending time with friends, snowboarding, skiing, and swimming. The incredible end result that Monarch provides brings great satisfaction to our customers.
I’ve worked with monarch since the beginning in 2010. Monarch is led by a management team with a track record of success in the Construction & Roofing industry, and I’m glad to be a part of. My position as Financial Controller carries a minimum of 20 years accounting experience including some management responsibilities. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. Work – Life – Balance. On my off time I am blessed to enjoy my 5 grandchildren, horseback riding and riding on the back of hubby’s Harley.
I work in the insurance department of Monarch Construction. I am ex-Navy and I eventually retired from Air Traffic Control work. After retirement I went back to school and earned my insurance adjuster license. I have been helping customers negotiate their insurance claims at Monarch for nearly a decade. I like what I do as I believe it is a necessary service to those affected by Colorado storms. The first time most people have to navigate the insurance waters is when their major asset, their home. is damaged. People are often unsure how to proceed or what their rights are in respect to their insurance claim. Helping them to restore their property to pre-storm condition feels like a job worth doing.
I absolutely love being a part of our family business! I grew up in the industry, so it was just a matter of time before I officially joined the team. I began by doing administrative work, and now I coordinate over 300 jobs, maintain and develop our digital office platform, train new staff, and more! I've cherished the opportunity to grow with such an awesome and supportive team! I currently live in Maryland and work for our team remotely with regular visits. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors and grilling with my husband, going boating, and eating blue crabs! I hope to have the opportunity to work with you soon!
I have been in the remodeling industry for over 19 years. I enjoy working with Monarch as they have an excellent reputation, have high quality standards, accept nothing less than total customer satisfaction and have created a strong family working environment. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family doing backyard cookouts, camping, hiking or traveling and exploring new areas.
I have elevated my office knowledge from receptionist, to Production Coordinator here at Monarch during the last few years. During off work hours I enjoy wholesome activities with my family (including my 1 year old daughter), concerts, and tending to my black flowering garden.

My name is Beau Liss and I’m a seasoned professional with Monarch Roofing, bringing 10+ years of experience to the role as a Sr. Project Manager. With a passion for quality craftsmanship, I have successfully overseen numerous roofing projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings. As a detail-oriented and results-driven individual, I excel in coordinating all aspects of roofing and exterior projects, from initial planning, handling insurance companies to execution and completion. I have a commitment to excellence and to ensure that every project is completed on time, and to the highest Monarch standard of quality. In my spare time I enjoy working out, laying around on the beach, snowboarding and spending time with my family. I also am a diehard Green Bay Packers fan and of all Wisconsin sports. GO PACK GO!!

Leaning on over a decade of experience in construction, with the latter half focusing on roofing contracting and exterior restorations, I pride myself on being a knowledgeable professional, who places the utmost importance on customer satisfaction. As part of the Monarch family, I share the same passion for commitment to quality, and ensuring my clients can enjoy impeccable construction, alongside a seamless experience as we navigate the insurance process together when disaster strikes. Prior to my tenure in construction, I was an Aviation Mechanic in the United States Navy, working on an array of aircraft, including C-2 Greyhounds. In my downtime you can catch me in free fall at my local skydive airport, in the mountains hunting for fresh powder, or working on my tiny home shuttle bus conversion. I look forward to helping those I can!

I've been in roofing production, project management and storm restoration since early 2015 and I've helped countless families get their homes back to their original condition or better. In my free time I love to fly fish, compete in Scottish heavy athletics, cook and spend time with my awesome family and two doggos. I’m Dino, and I’ve been in the roofing and construction industry since 2006. I thoroughly enjoy helping to guide my customers through the restoration process and making their home even better than their pre-loss condition. I’m always trying to learn the newest products, installation techniques, and code updates to better serve my clients. I love being part of the Monarch Team and the dedication everyone has to customer service, the high ethical standards, and the awesome, family-like chemistry. When I’m not at work, I love to hang out with my amazing wife, cooking, smoking meats, traveling, pretty much anything outdoors, and since the kids are all grown and moved out…hanging out with our two dogs- Bear and Louie, and our cat Gucci. Project Management is what I know best - working on building everything from parking garages to hotels to senior living facilities. It may seem out of place, but the drive to truly help others is what brought me to this side of the industry. Knowing that I can use my experience and knowledge to help out homeowners restore their homes to a beautiful condition, while having a full team of specialized individuals to support me in that process - that is a feeling like any other, and I am grateful to call Monarch my home. Hi all, my name is Mike Riff. I joined Monarch Construction as a project manager. I have over 20 years of experience, in one phase or another. My combination of strategic planning, problem-solving and analytical skills has enabled me to excel in my role as a project manager over the years. I understand the importance of coordination, communication, and management to ensure successful project completion.What I have found that joining Monarch Construction in the short period of time, is that Monarch construction has a unique family atmosphere and team culture. The team in general is extremely passionate and experienced. Overall, I’m grateful to be working with such professionals. In my spare time, I love everything that the outdoors can offer. You name it, fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and always jumping on toys, such as an ATV, or turbo razor. In addition, I am married to my wife, Heather and we have one son Nathan.

I have been with Monarch since the beginning as a Marketing Representative. Monarch has been like a second family to me and has a wonderful work environment. I am a Native of Colorado and have Been Part of the Monarch Family Since 2011. I am responsible for Pre-construction services, Project Management and Estimating. I Specialize in Restoration ranging from Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial Construction Projects. I really enjoy working with Monarch because I am able to continually learn in different environments while confidently providing construction services that are backed by old-school values and new world technology. Some of the things I enjoy are hiking, fishing, gardening, four-wheeling, motocross, and thunderstorms. But most of all I enjoy sharing these things with my amazing wife Jody & three kids. My biggest dream in life is to travel the world.

My hobby is my motorcycle: Riding it around town, going on club rides and participating in charity rides. I love animals, especially dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his children and loves surfing, snowboarding, traveling, painting, and exploring investment strategies.
With over 45 years in the Industry we lean heavy on Juan for his expertise. He has been a great addition to our team. Juans alignment with Monarch was the culture, we are a family here and each and every member is treated as such. When he is not on our commercial projects he can be found with some of the team members on the lake cruising on his boat.
